"I have known Hillary for many years and have had the pleasure watching her work with children. She is truly amazing! She is a keen observer, intuitive, and very, very patient. Hillary has also helped me through the years with my son who is on the autism spectrum. She has provided solid intervention strategies that have helped my son grow and be the great guy that he is today! 

Hillary is not only exceptional with children she is truly a team builder and collaborator. 

Most recently our family found ourselves at a dead end having to advocate for well-needed support and services for our son. We felt like we were not heard, and our son’s needs were disregarded.  Hillary met with our family and helped us to organize, prioritize, and identify a long-term future strategy through a Person-Centered Planning exercise. Through this process, we were able to present, both verbally and through a written document, a historical perspective of who our son is, the strengths he possesses, and the challenges he faces in life. The meeting with our providers was a huge success. We feel that the process has allowed the providers involved to view our son in a different light and see everyone at the table that day as part of the same team.

"I had the sincere pleasure of working with Hillary Michael at Bozeman Montessori for several years as her assistant teacher. She was the lead teacher in the toddler environment and excelled with her radiant positivity and impeccable organizational skills. Hillary is responsible, consistently punctual, and a very reliable person to work with. I have witnessed on numerous occasions how patient, conscientious, and compassionate she is towards both children and their families. She is truly an inspiring woman to work with.

When I had my own two children, one who is presently nonverbal with special needs, Hillary volunteered to babysit. She has such a positive energy about her. Hillary is fun and energetic and my children immediately accepted her. I feel she genuinely listened to my concerns and advice regarding my children. As a former coworker and mother, I highly recommend Hillary as a caregiver. I know that anyone will feel confident that their children are safe and cared for in her capable hands."
